Ngemba Oklahoma is an inclusive group. Aspiring members make their intention to join official in a general meeting.

Meet the community and tell the group you would like to join. We meet on the third Saturday of the month at 5 p.m.
- Complete your registration
Contact the Financial Secretary about your registration fee and Trouble Fund contribution.
- Take part in community life
Attend meetings, wear appropriate traditional attire, and meet the responsibilities set out in our constitution.
Important membership information
- Returning members register from January through March. A $25 late fee applies after the March meeting deadline.
- Registration and Trouble Fund payments are non-refundable.
- An active member is registered, current with dues, and has been in an ongoing session for at least six months.
- Registered and active members must attend six meetings a year to remain eligible for member benefits. The constitution provides a WhatsApp attendance exception for members outside Oklahoma.
- Members must meet all meeting requirements before receiving benefits. The constitution sets out the full benefit conditions.
